Thanks, what is your opinion on using specific sleep aids during training? Is it myth that it relaxes to thwart adrenaline while increasing muscle memory instead during rigorous training? Does the Yawning- exhaling co2 expanding the lungs and taking extra oxygen really add to it?

What about exaggerated flexing then stretching to puff up and wring out effected muscle groups before and after?

I fell of the program that you had me on before Florida.... I'm back on it now. What a huge change I feel in two weeks. Can't wait to feel like I did in Florida again. It's allot easier to ride when I stick to the program. Wolf #341

Default Carb loading

I know that some endurance athletes, such as marathon runners, carb load leading up to a race. i was wondering if this would be beneficial to me (XC rider), and if so, how many grams of carns should i intake, and how long before the actual race should i carb load? thanks
