I jumped back on the scale this morning. I was 219. I took my month off and didnt put any back on so its time for get rid of 10 more.

200 today 10-15 to go. The mountain bike is alot faster with 30lbs off my azz.

Without a doubt LOTS easier to climb being lighter

Man this makes me want to really loose some weight. I'm 6'0 and 240lbs. If I could get down to 220 for starters I would be super happy. Plus it would be easier to throw the quad around on the track.

I was 217 this morning, I have spent the last 20 days or so just half a$$ing it and it has showed. We are two races into the season and I am glad I have lost 53#'s or I might just have walked away from all this.
