He should have been riding his a$$ off in that situation. Is he afraid of getting hurt? If so, time to retire.
I have a feeling he may not have known that he threw away the O/A by getting passed by Ferandis. I am not quite sure I buy that he was "playing it safe" w/ RJ. I think he gave it everything he had to pass him and RJ just had more. You could tell he was GOING FOR IT when RJ fell. Then he made a small bobble and RJ stretched it back out. Once that happened AC seemed to lose steam.

On a side note how cool was it to see the dudes LAUNCH it into that sand section? Baggett was straight sending it into that sucker. Cool to watch.

Anderson and Baggett both out for Mxon. Definitely going to be a B team this year.

Pretty sure MXON is the best thing for anyone but a USA racer. What it boils down to is winning in the states and that's all the US racers care or focus on. Hell the MXON is just a vacation for them.

I saw an interview where DeCoster said KTM would be going back to a two man team, but who will they have to ride outdoors? Maybe it has already been mentioned, but I tend to fall out of the loop a bit around this time of year.

I hope Roczen can pull it all together and be fast again, but I think his style will have to change for him to be successful again.
I'm wondering about Osborne, if that might be his spot.

Definitely a "big" weekend for Tomac. Marv on a roll. Another 1-1 could put serious pressure on Tomac unless Tomac has a strong 2-2 where it is clear he is riding well just not riding over the edge to protect his points lead. I expect a strong showing from Tomac.

Hope Zacho can clinch 250 title on Sat. Savatgy too little, too late. Looks like his SX collapse is behind him. Good for him.

A little surprised with Team USA selections. Not sure what to make of Covington, especially on a 450.

Way to go Boyle! I wish it was a little closer for Baggett to get ahead of Tomac with 1 round left.

Congrats to Tomac. Did what he had to do to win the 450 title.

That said, apparently the AMA Pro Motocross series is a joke. Very embarrassing to see a top (not dominant) MXGP rider come over and dominate on a borrowed bike on a track he had never ridden before. Awesome ride by Herlings! I expect to see a similar performance at the US MXGP this coming weekend.

Well..... 1-1 for Osborne and a MXGP fella came over and WORKED our 450 class boys. Hate to say it fellas, but it looks like the Euro's have eclipsed America's best. Aside from Roczen (who is also a Euro) none of our US guys (healthy or not) would've had anything for Tomac this year and he just got worked by the 2nd best MXGP rider. We're still the best at SX, but it is pretty obvious these days that is our rider's focus. Good ride Herlings! You made our American boys look silly.
